Our initial care plan is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to chiropractic care and consists of two visits, with one total price of $150. The first visit includes a thorough initial evaluation and examination, allowing us to assess your health and develop a personalized treatment plan. During this session, you will also receive your first adjustment; this initial visit lasts approximately 40 minutes. The second visit will consist of a detailed report of findings, explaining your condition and the proposed course of care, and includes your second adjustment; this visit lasts approximately 30 minutes. The initial appointment for shockwave therapy is designed to assess your condition and begin your treatment. During this approximately 30-minute session, we will conduct a thorough evaluation to understand your medical history, symptoms, and goals. Based on this assessment, we will provide your first shockwave therapy treatment, targeting the affected area to promote healing and reduce pain. This appointment serves as an introduction to the therapy, with the goal of developing a personalized treatment plan for your recovery. X-rays are not generally part of your first visit. While imaging isn't required for everyone, Dr. Leslie may recommend x-rays if they are necessary to support your care. For your convenience, we partner with Touchstone Imaging, where typical fees are around $75 (subject to change). Insurance can be applied toward x-rays, and you have the option to use any imaging facility you prefer. If you have recent imaging, please bring it with you to your appointment.

We offer flexible options for chiropractic care and shockwave treatments with individual visit rates. Chiropractic adjustments are available for $65 per session, while shockwave treatments are priced at $50 per session. These drop-in rates allow you to receive care on your own schedule without the need for a long-term commitment.

To make chiropractic care more affordable, we offer package options that reduce the cost per adjustment to between $42 and $55 per visit, depending on the plan you select.

Additionally, we offer shockwave therapy packages that lower the price to $45 per treatment. These packages are a great way to receive ongoing care while enjoying significant savings on individual session rates.

Please note that packages are currently only available for purchase in office and after an initial consultation has been completed.
